Bearcreek Historic Preservation Projects

We Need Your Help!
We hope to renovate, to preserve the old bank building (now the Town Hall) to be used as a community center and as a meeting place for the Town Council. We desire to renovate the Bearcreek Cemetery, to honor those who are buried there and to make it a nicer place for visitors. And, we want to celebrate Bearcreek’s 100th Anniversary in 2006 in a way that will make all Friends of Bearcreek proud.
Bearcreek has a population of less than 100. Yet with this small tax base, the town has managed to maintain a water and sewer system, and other infrastructure necessary to keep Bearcreek alive. With no additional tax-based funds available, funding for the cemetery and town hall projects, and for the anniversary celebration must come from "Friends of Bearcreek" donations.

Thank you!

Funding for these historical preservation projects must come from donations. These projects are admittedly
ambitious for a town the size of Bearcreek, but with your help we are confident we can get it done.
We hope to complete these projects prior to the anniversary party in 2006.
Your gift to our town and this historic landmark will be greatly appreciated!
